7:30 am: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi to go to Sapa. You will have one short break during the drive.
1:30 pm: Arrive in Sapa. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Visit Cat Cat village in the afternoon, light trekking.
After that, you will have the rest of the day to explore Sapa town on your own and stay overnight at a hotel.

9:00 am: Check out of your hotel after breakfast and get ready for your trekking to Lao Chai – Ta Van village. The trekking will be around 8km. Trekking to the village, there will be many spots that you could enjoy and take great photos of the valleys and rice terraces.
You will have lunch at a local restaurant on the way of your trekking.
Arrive at Ta Van village and stay at a homestay for the night. You could enjoy the traditional cooking with the H’Mong host family to prepare for dinner.

9:00 am: Depart from Sapa, you will take a drive to Ha Giang. (The drive will be around 7 hours)
Have lunch on the way. Around 5:00 pm, you will arrive at Ha Giang province and stay overnight at a hotel in Ha Giang.

Wake up in the morning and get ready for your trip to Dong Van Plateau, north of Ha Giang. Dong Van is covered by grandiose karst mountains and is very famous for its spectacular landscape.
You will visit Hmong King Palace, Lung Cu Flag Tower (at the border of Vietnam – China), Dong Van Old Town, and Pho Bang Village.
Overnight at a hotel in Dong Van.

After lunch, continue the drive back to Ha Giang through Yen Minh, enjoy the beautiful scenery and stay overnight at a hotel in Ha Giang.

8:30 am: Get ready for your transfer back to Hanoi. The drive will be over 7 hours and there will be two breaks on the way for you to rest and have lunch.
