Tour Booking & Payment Policy

VietGo Travels offers a range of secure and transparent payment methods designed to suit the specific needs of our travelers. Whether you are coordinating a heritage journey, a cultural visit, or an adventure across Vietnam, we prioritize clarity in every financial transaction.

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via email, website, or authorized representatives of VietGo Travels.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after:
    • Receiving customer details, and
    • Receiving the required deposit or full payment

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit of 30% – 50% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking.
  • The exact deposit amount may vary depending on the tour type, service conditions, or supplier requirements.

Full Payment

  • Full payment must be completed before the tour departure date.
  • Deadline for final payment will be specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Online International Payment Gate (Onepay)
  • Credit/Debit card (if applicable)
  • Cash payment (for local transactions)

All bank transfer fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in [USD/VND] unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary depending on:
    • Availability
    • Seasonal changes
    • Supplier adjustments
  • VietGo Travels reserves the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation.

Late Booking

  • For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately to secure services.
  • Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Amendments

  • Any changes to a confirmed booking (dates, services, number of guests, etc.) must be requested in writing.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier conditions.
  • Detailed cancellation terms will be provided in each specific booking confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and non-refundable costs.
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment method and banking procedures.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up for the tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No refund will be provided in this case.

Special Conditions

  • Certain services (flights, cruises, peak season bookings, or promotional offers) may have stricter payment and cancellation policies.
  • Customers will be informed clearly in advance.
