Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Pickup at the Noi Bai International airport and transfer to the hotel for check in.
Free and easy and overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay – overnight on a cruise (L/D)
07.30 – 08.30AM Our tour guide will come and pick you up at the hotel lobby and depart for Halong Bay with a stopover on the way for refreshments.
At noon: Arrive at Tuan Chau dock, tendering to the cruise, welcome on board and check into your cabin. Enjoy lunch with a mixed Vietnamese and International while cruising through Incense Burner islands, Fighting Cock islet, Stone Dog, ect.
Afternoon: enjoy the activities per itinerary or just relaxing on the sun-deck for fantastic views at Hoa Cuong floating fishing village. Enjoy the Cooking Class on the floating house to learn how to make the fresh/fried spring rolls and mix fish-sauce.
Back to the cruise and pass by Soi Sim Beach and “Rang Dua” Island.
19:00 Enjoy dinner.
20:30 Free and easy: join in the activities such as singing karaoke, dancing, squid fishing, playing cards or relaxing at leisure before getting back to your cabin.
Overnight on Boat
Day 3: Halong Bay cruising – back to Hanoi (B/L)
Enjoy morning Tai Chi with the master on the sundeck before having breakfast. After that, visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave of the bay and then return to the cruise, check-out and relax before enjoy the lunch as cruising back to the pier.
Arrive at the dock by 11:00am and return to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi by 16.30 – 17.00.
Leave your luggage at the hotel and free time for dinner. Back to the hotel at 20.00 to be picked up and transfer to the train station for the overnight train to Sapa.
Day 4: Sapa trekking – homestay (B, L)
Early arrive at Lao Cai train station. Meet and greet by our tour guide and driver and then transfer to the hotel in Sapa. Early check in if the room is available otherwise you will have a shower or relax in a basic hotel room.
You will start your tour with 6km of walking down to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Keep moving 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. Have lunch at a local family. Then keep trekking 2km to the bus stop in Ta Van to conquer this village and stay overnight at a homestay of the village
Day 5: Sapa trekking – night train back to Hanoi (B, D)
After breakfast at the homestay, you will continue the tour on 14 km of trekking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao and the H’mong including Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes while trekking through bamboo forest to the main road to catch the bus back to Sapa.
Dinner before heading to the Lao Cai train station and get on the night train back to Hanoi.
Day 6: Back to Hanoi – walking tour (B)
Early arrive at Hanoi train station; take a taxi back to the hotel (on guest account) for breakfast and short rest. After that, our tour volunteer guide will take you out for a walking tour to learn more about the history of Vietnam with the oldest continuously developed city – Hanoi Old quarters and the charming of French Quarters.
Ha Long Bay – Sapa Group 6 day tour ends and our driver will take you directly to the airport.
