This hands-on expertise provides him with a deep understanding of operational workflows and a keen ability to anticipate and meet traveler expectations.

  Strategic Advisor

  - Years of experience: 15+ years Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam holds an international academic background with a Master’s in Tourism & Marketing from Bournemouth University. Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam has served as Regional Director for loyalty programs within the JW Marriott, Sheraton, and Accor Plus networks. Additionally, his experience includes process management and project coordination at the multinational corporation MWH Global, complemented by a deep understanding of market dynamics and large-scale business operations.
